Authentic Leadership Academy (or AuthLead) is a leadership development experience designed specifically for leaders working inside complex, imperfect systems such as libraries, consortia, nonprofits, education, and public service.
AuthLead focuses on helping leaders:

- Regulate emotions and remain grounded under pressure
- Navigate power dynamics without losing integrity
