Ask yourself:

• How am I feeling right now?
• What do I need most today?
• What is one thing I can do to support my well-being?

Don’t overthink your answers. Simply notice what comes up.

Self-awareness is the first step toward meaningful change.

Take a few moments to write down your answers or simply sit quietly and reflect.
